Main purpose

This series of machine tools is suitable for the machining of various spiral workpieces, with the characteristics of simple programming, reliable structure, convenient operation, and high degree of automation. It is suitable for the machining of oil lines for sleeve parts, and is used for machining internal 8-shaped oil grooves, internal splines, internal keyways, or spiral grooves.

Performance characteristics

High strength cast iron integral bed body, with good shock absorption, aging treatment, good rigidity, and high precision;

The guide rail undergoes ultrasonic quenching and precision grinding, resulting in high hardness and long-lasting precision retention;

The drag board adopts the guide rail surface bonding process, which has low friction resistance, good wear resistance, and high precision;
