Main purpose
This series of pipe thread lathes is mainly used for processing internal and external pipe threads, as well as metric and imperial threads. At the same time, it can also be used as a general lathe to machine the outer circle, inner hole, and end face of shafts and discs. The machine tool is equipped with a taper device, which can process parts with taper. This machine tool is widely used in the petroleum industry for processing and repairing parts such as drill rods, joints, and casings, as well as in the chemical, coal, geological, and other industries for processing various pipelines, drill rods, and threads.
Performance characteristics:
Large spindle aperture, high passability, and stable dual chuck workpiece clamping;
High strength cast iron casting has good rigidity and high precision for the overall bed body;
The surface of the guide rail has undergone ultrasonic quenching treatment, resulting in high hardness and long service life;
Equipped with a taper bar device for easy cutting of taper threads;
