2、 Press the start button and the main motor does not rotate. Fault phenomenon: The main motor does not rotate

main cause:

1. The main power switch is not turned on

2. Poor contact of the start button

1. Turn on the power switch

2. Check the connector of the start button

3、 The thread of the car has a taper, and the fault phenomenon is that the thread of the car has a taper

main cause:

1. Poor rigidity of cutting tools

2. Low tool installation

3. Blunt cutting edge

terms of settlement:

1. Thicken the tool holder appropriately

2. The tip of the knife should be higher than the centerline

3. The cutting edge should be sharp

4： The automatic feed handle on the chute box is prone to detachment, and the fault phenomenon is that the automatic feed handle is prone to detachment

main cause:

1. The pressure spring of the worm gear that falls off inside the chute box is too loose

2. The positioning spring of the automatic feed handle is loose

1. Screw in and remove the worm adjusting nut

2. Tighten the spring
