Main purpose

The CNC double head machining lathe is a horizontal flat guide CNC special lathe, mainly used for simultaneous machining of long workpieces with two end structures. This machine tool is widely used for machining roller shafts and roller type workpieces, used for turning inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, flat heads, chamfers, and grooves, and is suitable for turning various threads. It can achieve one-time clamping and simultaneous processing at both ends, improving processing efficiency.

Standard configuration:

KND dual channel CNC system, manual three jaw chuck, four station electric tool holder, automatic centralized lubrication system, cooling system, semi enclosed protective cover;

Optional configuration:

Wide range dual channel CNC system, mobile spindle, pneumatic chuck, pneumatic clamp seat, power turret, automatic loading and unloading;

Performance characteristics:

Install saddle and tool holder on both sides of the spindle, and both ends of the workpiece can be processed simultaneously;

High strength cast iron casting has good rigidity and high precision for the overall bed body;

The surface of the guide rail has undergone ultrasonic quenching treatment, resulting in high hardness and long service life;

The drag board adopts the guide rail surface bonding process, which has good wear resistance and high precision;
