Main purpose

This series of inclined bed CNC lathes adopts an inclined bed body, which is suitable for processing small and medium-sized shaft and disc workpieces. It has the characteristics of simple programming, reliable structure, convenient operation, and high degree of automation. It is suitable for high-speed precision cutting and batch processing of various inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, circular arc surfaces, and other curved surfaces and British threads.

Hydraulic chuck, hydraulic turret, hydraulic tailstock, automatic centralized lubrication system, cooling system, chip conveyor;

Optional configuration 

Optional CNC systems such as Fanuc, Siemens, Guangshu, and Kandi are available; Optional power turret, tool setter, and robotic arm;

Performance characteristics

High strength cast iron integral bed body, with good shock absorption, aging treatment, good rigidity, and high precision;

The guide rail undergoes ultrasonic quenching and precision grinding, resulting in high hardness and long-lasting precision retention;

The drag board adopts the guide rail surface bonding process, which has low friction resistance, good wear resistance, and high precision;
